This 7 day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed it will clean out your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only 7 days of this process you will begin to feel lighter by at least ten and possibly 17 lbs, having an abundance of energy. Continue on the plan as long as you wish to feel the differences.
This diet is fast, fat burning, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being; this diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcohol beverages at any time, because of the fat build up in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.
Because everyone’s digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than you began with, if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find that your bowel movements have changed – eat a cup of bran or fiber or Metamucil. Try the packets of Orange flavor… Although you can drink black coffee with this diet you may find that you don’t need the caffeine after the third day.
The basic fat burning soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you wish, remember the more you eat, the more you will lose. The body needs fat to burn off. You can eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (NO SKIN ON THE CHICKEN). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You will need the high protein in the beef for the other days.
You may continue the diet plan as long as you wish, and will feel the difference both mentally and physically.
DO NOT EAT: bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks (including diet drinks), and no fried foods.
DO: Drink at lease 6-8 glasses of water as well as any combo of the following: black coffee, unsweetened tea, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skimmed milk.
Cranberry Juice – less than 45 calories per cup
Season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley if desired, or boullion or hot sauce. Cut veggies in small to medium pieces, cover with water, boil fast for ten minutes. Reduce to a simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender (approx. 1 hour).
This soup can be eaten whenever you are hungry eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories: the more you eat, the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day. For drinks; unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice, or water, water, water.
*IN ORDER TO AVOID MALNUTRITION, THE FAT BURNING SOUP SHOULD NOT BE EATEN ALONE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
3 reps of 70, 60, 50 each morning (knees bent, hands behind head, make sure to work the oblique’s (side abs) by meeting opposite leg with opposite elbow example: Left elbow meeting right knee). Alternate from oblique to regular sit up.
3 Reps of 25, 20, 15 each morning (Do as many regular push-ups as possible to start, then if needed, you can bend knees to finish reps). Remember: changing the position of your hands on floor, will help work different muscles. Start with hands shoulder width apart (25), then move out approximately 2 – 4 inches on each side (20), lastly, move hands parallel to chest (15).
**Alternate Push Ups and Sit Ups (1 set of push-ups, then 1 set of Sit Ups**
Sanity of Nature (Cardio): Run, walk, jog, bike, rollerblade: get out and stay active. Minimum 15 mins, Ideal 1 hour
**Say Good Morning/Evening to at least 3 people along the way***
Mid Afternoon Workout
Refresh the mind: Depending on the amount of time you have, do your stretches.
Stand up, Open your hands and reach to the sky. While in the reaching position, repeat 3 times to yourself “This feels great”. Then bend over to touch toes, hold for 5-7 seconds repeating “I feel great” to yourself 5-7 times and then stand tall again. As you do this, breathe deeply!! Repeat 3 times. Then stand with feet shoulder width apart, reach right arm down right leg, as you do this, bring left arm up left side to just under armpit like a monkey pose.
Cardio is always great, going for walks or runs daily will increase your metabolism and help keep a healthy happy body.

DAY ONE: Any fruit, EXCEPT BANANAS; cantaloupe, and watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits. Eat only soup and fruit. Note: When picking out a melon, ensure it is just soft enough to stay in your hand. This means the melon is ripe enough.
DAY TWO: All veggies; eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw, or canned veggies. Try to eat leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas, or corn. Eat veggies along with the soup. At dinner time tonight reward yourself with a BIG BAKED POTATO AND BUTTER!! DON’T EAT ANY FRUITS THOUGH
DAY THREE: Eat all the soup and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato. *If you have eaten all the above for 3 days without cheating you should find you lost 5-7 lbs.
DAY FOUR: Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium and carbs to lessen the craving for sweets.
DAY FIVE: Beef and tomatoes: you may have 10 – 20 oz. of beef and a can of tomatoes on this day. Eat the soup at least once this day.
DAY SIX: Beef and veggies. Eat to your heart’s content of the beef and veggies today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like with green leafy veggies, but NO BAKED POTATO. Be sure to eat the soup at least once this day.
DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies. Again be sure you stuff yourself and eat the soup.
*By the end of the Seventh day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you should have lost 10-17 lbs. If you have lost more than 15 lbs, stay off the diet for two days before resuming the diet again on day one.
